It's a little confusing, but Part One is actually a series of individual achievements (which are often themselves a series of different achievements) you have to first complete in order to earn the Part One achievement itself. That alone could take a more casual player months to complete. The biggest grind will undoubtedly be Azerothian Diplomat, which required 'revered' reputation with the six main factions in Battle for Azeroth.
